Pure Vibrationz LLC was founded by Lady Ceo Cashme’ Gonzales who is an extraordinarily diverse Life Coach and the Author of two Publications titled “ Fashe & Alignment ”. Q. What’s your full name and where are you from?
A. “ My name is Cashme’ Gonzales I was born & raised Brooklyn , NY. My family is originally from Trinidad 🇹🇹 , and I now currently reside in Florida.”
Q. What do you do for a living?
A. “ I’ve been a Federal worker for 8 years, Homeland Security to be exact. I am also a certified Life Coach & author of two self Reflection journals Fashe & Alignment. Both can be purchased from my website www.purevibrationz.com ”
Q. When did you know that you wanted to turn your gift into a career?
A. “ In 2019 I was put on bed rest very early in my pregnancy. I felt defeated, I am always on the go, working, working & more working. So when I was told I wouldn’t be able to, it gave me anxiety just being home. I was slightly depressed. Since a little girl I always wrote in a journal. I decided to start journaling again to keep my mind afloat while having to be home 24/7. I looked in my journal and saw all the wonderful affirmations I had written over the years and decided to share it with the world. Wanting others to know that you don’t have to stay a victim of your circumstances, that you can rise above no matter the unorganized chaos.
I decided to get in touch with a editor and writing Fashe took off from there. I have hosted three book signing events where I told my story & gave insight to others, explaining that if you heal what you go through, you’ll grow and become a better version of yourself. I had been coaching a close friend through a toxic breakup & she said to me, it’s time you pour into others correctly, become a life coach. I have always been the said granny of the crew. Always giving advice and pouring into others positively. Wanting humans to pour into themselves, to embrace change, take the time to just enjoy their simple pleasures of waking up and tending to whatever life has for you. ”
Q. Who are some of the biggest influences in your industry?
A. “ I love Jay Shetty’s positive nature always and I also admire Iyanla Vanzant’s confidence and dominance when coaching her clients.”
Q. What would you consider your biggest accomplishment thus far in your career?
A. “ To date I would say my giving back to my community ! For my birthday this year I gave back to the Lotus House in Miami FL. A women and children’s shelter, I decided to gift them along with the help of my peers and organizations, I was able to feed 500 individuals & shower them with goodie bags filled with my self reflection journals and daily essentials, so they could have a sense of clarity. I am also the creator of “ Treat Yourself Self-Care Brunch” where we have different services on demand, teeth whitening, mini facials, massage therapy & tarot reading. So when you come to brunch you are always being pampered. My lifetime entrepreneur friend are also there showcasing their businesses. It gives one the opportunity to pour into themselves for one day because naturally that’s not what’s happening when you go to brunch. Treat Yourself was curated & designed for women & men to feel good about pampering themselves with ease. So I’d say always finding ways to constantly have people appreciate themselves and pouring into others. ”
Q. What legacy would you like to leave behind for yourself?
A. “ I’d love for my children to hear stories of the way their mom made people feel, the impact she was able to have on the world before leaving this earth. We are all vessels and are here to be used. My legacy is not what I’ve done but what I was able to contribute to make the world a more positive experience. Being able to help clients with breakthroughs. Being their accountability partner, helping them grow into the best versions of themselves is empowering and more beneficial to my everyday life. My personal growth, healing & loving.”
Q. How has the recent pandemic impacted the way you approach your craft?
A. “ There are humans suffering with anxiety, depression, child hood trauma, relationship issues, past hurt. Being able to give free consultations from time to time, selling my self reflection journals & knowing I’m helping people face their fears, feel their feels & overcome what has no control over them any longer! I do 30 second reels on IG daily to remind my peers that it’s not what happens to you, but how you react! I’ve only elevated through the chaos of COVID! ”
Q . Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
A. “ 5 years is truly not along time. So I’d like To have my four children in their own Home. Treat Yourself Self Care Brunch Will not only be across the 50 states, But international! I would have three Best selling self reflection journals Continuously selling & helping humans Across the world. I would be speaking on big stages about staying positive no matter your circumstances. My name will be known! I will concur positivity through and through!”
